Processing of Repairs

Defective devices can be sent to us at any time or following notification to us by phone or email.

In this case, we would ask you to kindly attach a delivery note with an error description. You should then make sure that your device is packed adequately for dispatch.

On arrival at our company, the devices are immediately given a repair number and handed over to the technician in charge of the repair.

We will send you a cost estimate for the repair of the device straight away.

Only after you have confirmed the repair option with your signature and returned the paperwork to us will we repair, return or dispose of the device, according to your request.
